Hello Everyone

This is my first post on here, and it's great to be here.

Thanks Bert Hardy for introducing me to this forum, and thanks Steve for sorting out the problem with my registration.
My name is Dave, and I am in Hampshire, although originally from Scotland (Ayrshire). I'm married to Elaine, and we have also lived in Cheshire, so I know that part of the world very well.
I've always been a big fan of Laurel and Hardy and their films absolutely crease me up. James Finlayson also deserves a mention - he's brilliant, and is from an area of Scotland, Falkirk, that I know very well.
I'm looking forward to chatting with people who share my love for this comedy institution.

Best wishes to all of you
Dave Very Happy

Hi Everyone

.... and thanks for your welcome greetings. It is good to be here. Very Happy

Here's a question to get us going.....

What is your favourite Laurel and Hardy film and why Question

I've given myself a difficult question here. Three stick in my mind... The Music Box - just brilliant - Laughing Gravy - The way the dog jumps up every time Stan hiccups is classic - and Men O'War - James Finlayson is brilliant. The expression on his face when he is doing that drink and then goes "dohhh". Very Happy

Dave
