(thanks to vonbork for pointing me in this direction)

I am nearly ready to record a blistering rock'n'roll version of Trail Of The Lonesome Pine. It's going to cost me a couple of days studio time + a few hours production (plus buying the boys in the band enough beer to get them to do it in the 1st place!) so it's not going to be cheap but if a thing's worth doing.....and I might even do a budget video if I have enough time.

So....are we on or not?

P.S. If I go ahead, and decide to do a video, who wants to be in it? I was thinking along the lines of the band rocking like a ******* on stage, but the audience being totally made up of Stan & Babe alikes, bumping into each other, tie twiddling, crying etc. Splice a few Fin double takes, car crashes, Babe flying off roofs into ponds and so on and we might have something that's nearly watchable.
