Kirk and Tyrone the new Laurel and Hardy?

http://www.corrieblog.tv/2007/07/coronation_stre_606.html says...

In the butcher shop, Kirk’s hands are covered in blue plasters as he gets to grips with the sharp knives. In his best butcher voice he practises the right words over again: “We’ve got some nice mince on offer”. Ashley and Kev wonder why about Kirk and Tyrone and call them the Laurel and Hardy of the Street, which is what we at Corrieblog called the pair of them a few weeks ago.

Does anyone else think that with the right black hats, Kirk Sutherland and Tyrone Dobbs could become the new Stan and Ollie of the cobbles?
