Hi Marc
we do have a minimum age to jin but it is set at 5 , so don`t know why your daughter is having problems , will check with other admins to see if they can shed any light on it

the problem is this... when you try to register a username on the forum you get the option of choosing whether you are over 13 years old or under 13 years old. If you choose the under 13 years old option you will have to await for approval. That comes via written consent between the parent of the child and the admin who deals with it, in this that is Steve. However, in this case we can vouch for you Marc so, to save time, I have manually created an account and activated it for your daughter which is ready to use. Login details have been sent via pm. Once you login you can update the username, d.o.b., avatar, email address and password etc.

Let me know if you have any problems

Ross

ps you dont need the portal to register a username. just log out and the option to register will appear at the top of the page.
