The Lonesome Pine
The Laurel and Hardy Forum Magazine

That's right folks, production has started on our first forum magazine. The magizine is likely to be released annually.

The content of the mag is based on contributions on the forum (as well as other things) so you might find something you said or posted on the forum appears in the mag.

If you would like to submit an exclusive article related to Laurel and Hardy or rare photo to the mag please contact me via email or via the forum private messaging system.

Perhaps you would like to write a review of your favourite film or submit your opinion of particular Laurel and Hardy works. We are also looking for items for the levity section of the mag such as L&H cartoon strips etc. (your own of course - not taken from the internet or other publications). Anything of interest will be considered. The more exclusive your contribution - the better.

If you would like to put an advertisement in the magazine, whether it be a business ad or to advertise your own publication or website - please contact me about this also.

this is just a demo sample and not what the finished product will look like although the frontcover artwork will be by Lucy Southward for which we are very grateful. Thanks Lucy. Very Happy

With so much talent on the Forum and an enormous amount of original material, the magazine is sure to be a success. Congratulations on an impressive start! And good luck.

Great idea, Ross! I'm looking forward to seeing this magazine. Please let us know about subscription costs, how to send payment etc. Should we all send you a PM with our addresses?
