Uhhh…

Some people try to order it now.

Sorry guys! It would become a financial fiasco to me if I write letters to all of you.

To answer another question:

This stamp is not from the “German Post”. A private company tries to enter into competition with them. It is good publicity for the company to offer an own stamp, isn’t it? But it’s expensive, too, and we have no ‘tent budget’ (membership and meetings are for free). So for the moment I ordered a limited edition for our members and to write people who support our tent…

I didn’t think about it could become a collector’s item… Probably I should?

That's a beaut! They offer custom stamps here in the U.S. but you can't use any famous likenesses, they're mainly for shots of the family pet or kids.

I found this answer to it here in the forum:

Quote:
Although I am not privy to every court case, I can only think of one instance that I know about where Harmon stopped a Sons member from distributing t-shirts with L&H's likenesses on them. These shirts were being mass-produced and not one-offs like tent t-shirts or L&H Forum t-shirts.

As I said before it’s a very very limited edition. (And we pay more for it than we'll ever get!)

50 years ago: Oliver Hardy passed away!

So we thought honouring Babe with our second stamp:

This stamp is our tent's first part of celebrating our
