    Stan's Laurel's Voice

I am putting together some audio re-enactments for the forthcoming forum podcast and am looking for someone to portray Stan's voice.

Can you, or anyone you know of, do an accurate impression of Stan Laurel's voice? If you think you can or if you think you know of someone who can - please let me know. All name suggestions welcome, even celebrities who can do Stan. I know Chuck McCann was quite famous for his impression.

Ross,

I am friends with an actor that has portrayed Stan in a one-man show. He's quite good—and even visited with Stan as a boy, so he's a lifetime fan as well. I can put you in touch with him if you'd like. I don't believe he is a Member of the forum.

for some time now, it was something I wanted to tell you about,
and I was reharsing Findhatsoff's minigags, just for fun...
so, you know, if you're looking for someone to do Ollie, too, then I could send you some audio samples...
